Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship worldwide with tracking:

🇺🇸 United States: 8-10 business days
🇪🇺 Europe: 6-8 business days
🌍 Rest of World: 10-12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, a link to track your shipment, and estimated delivery date.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.

International Orders - Customs & Duties: For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. International orders may experience delays due to customs clearance.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately.

Delivery Issues:

Lost or Stolen Packages: If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your order, check with neighbors, verify the delivery address, and contact us within 48 hours.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional fees may apply.

Order Modifications: Need to change your address or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
